At The Yoga House, we offer a specialized workshop addressing the unique challenges of peri-menopause and menopause. Experience relief from fatigue, joint pain, and anxiety as we guide you through practices tailored to balance hormonal fluctuations, promote clarity, and enhance overall well-being. Changes in o-estrogen and testosterone levels cause over 70 symptoms. These fluctuations can occur even when the menstrual cycle has not changed. Join us to learn what you can do nutritionally, and exercise wise to help with symptoms and support the changes in the brain. You will learn: - speedy breathing techniques to help reduce or alleviate hot flashes, - yoga poses to aid sleep, - gain confidence by understanding what is happening in your mind and body, - feel supported by other women, - relax the body and mind through yoga, - learn a routine that you can incorporate at home, - nutritional support.
