Service Description
At The Yoga House, immerse yourself in a supportive environment designed specifically for women to build strength and confidence. Our sessions focus on weight training for arms, back, chest, and shoulders, complemented by core, leg, and buttock exercises, along with essential stretches for the shoulders, neck, hamstrings, and hips. Learn effective techniques using exercise bands to elevate your practice at home. This class is suitable for all levels--it is very challenging--AND Celeste will provide alternative exercises for each participants' physical needs. Celeste's Note: I recommend this class to all my students with osteoporosis, weak joints and in need of postural alignment.
