Half Day Meditation Retreat at The Yoga House Sunday April 26, 12 noon to 4 pm. This workshop is for beginners as well as "advanced" meditators. You will understand how you need to meditate in a way that is helpful rather than a method of strict compliance. You will leave with a confidence that you can meditate anywhere. No previous meditation experience needed. Come and experience the deep restorative effects of meditation and gentle Yoga breathing exercises to relieve emotional residue. You will experience techniques to calm the monkey mind and reduce emotional agitation--especially anxiety. $80 incl. healthy eats - meditation blankets and zafus provided, bring along a warm sweater. Come to enjoy a class that will leave you feeling alive again and like your playful self.

One Day Retreat at The Yoga House One day workshop Saturday June 13, or July 4th from 12 noon to 8 pm. Includes 2 meals and healthy snacks. Restorative Yoga. Healthy back care. Meditative walking through ravine. Meditation and how to incorporate it into your life/day. Investment: $100. Or Deluxe Retreat Package: $180 with Thai Massage (done the Friday—day before-- the retreat, 5 spots available)

Vinyasa Flow Thursdays 6:30 to 7:45 pm. A dynamic and challenging sequence of postures that synchronizes breath with movement in order to build strength, balance and flexibility. Be prepared to move, sweat, work the core, stretch and lengthen muscles and laugh.

Slow Flow Sundays 6:30 to 7:45 pm. Based in traditional Hatha yoga. A calming and stabilizing flow for strength building and balance. Poses are skillfully planned in sequences to prepare the body to receive breath in preparation for meditation and reflection. Students will leave this class feeling energized and rejuvenated.
