Yoga Quickies: Healthy Eats Fast One day workshops Saturdays, February 7, 14, 21 & 28 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. Join Celeste for 4 weeks Saturdays at NOON ... for a 1 hour workshop on ways she eats healthy, organic, super healthy whole foods. Celeste will share foods to eat for each time of the day that are super quick to prepare, often raw, simple, tasty, eliminates cravings and energizes! $120 for 4 weeks Feb. 7, 14, 21, & 28. $40 per single workshop -- includes tasters of food prepared, arrive hungry, leave happy.

Partner Yoga Valentines Day! $60 per unit Saturday, February 14th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. This introductory workshop is for those individuals new to Yoga or currently practicing who wish to find a way to include a family member (we have many Mom's and Daughters) a partner, or a friend. This workshop is challenging and extremely fun. You will learn how to support each other in balancing poses and how to assist your partner in going further while you receive a stretch at the same time. Basically, when the pose feels good for you, it feels good for them. You will also learn Thai Massage maneuvers to help release the muscles. Those brand new to Yoga are welcome. This is a great way to connect, increase flexibility and intimacy between you and your chosen Yoga Buddy. $60. Pre-registration required. See Register.

Vinyasa Flow Thursdays 6:30 to 7:45 pm. A dynamic and challenging sequence of postures that synchronizes breath with movement in order to build strength, balance and flexibility. Be prepared to move, sweat, work the core, stretch and lengthen muscles and laugh.

Slow Flow Sundays 6:30 to 7:45 pm. Based in traditional Hatha yoga. A calming and stabilizing flow for strength building and balance. Poses are skillfully planned in sequences to prepare the body to receive breath in preparation for meditation and reflection. Students will leave this class feeling energized and rejuvenated.
