The Living Freedom Course Monday nights 6:45 pm to 8:15 pm Yoga, Meditation and Living Freely Course. The Living Freedom Course is designed to help you recognize how you are experiencing a loss of personal power and introducing the very clear and principled ways to touch back into your own way of living freely and clearly. This is a DROP-IN class for the FIRST MONTH AFTER THAT it is a Pre-registered class running for 6 weeks, from October 13, to November 17, $130. For the first 4 weeks of Drop-in classes use your MONTHLY CLASS PASS or pay per class the usual class rate of $20. I highly recommend attending classes consistently.

De-mystifying Anxiety One day workshop Saturday, November 15th from 12:00 to 5:00 pm. This one day workshop, you will learn what anxiety is: an emotion that causes confusion. $75. Pre-registration required.

Vinyasa Flow Thursdays 6:30 to 7:45 pm. A dynamic and challenging sequence of postures that synchronizes breath with movement in order to build strength, balance and flexibility. Be prepared to move, sweat, work the core, stretch and lengthen muscles and laugh.

Slow Flow Sundays 6:30 to 7:45 pm. Based in traditional Hatha yoga. A calming and stabilizing flow for strength building and balance. Poses are skillfully planned in sequences to prepare the body to receive breath in preparation for meditation and reflection. Students will leave this class feeling energized and rejuvenated.

Teen Yoga Mondays 4-5pm. Yoga class for Teens. Cost $120. 8 weeks, starting Sept. 8 - November 3 (Off for Thanksgiving). This class will focus on:

  • poses to release emotional and physical tension
  • learn to trust your body and how to listen to it
  • emotional literacy--learning effective way to communicate feelings
  • increase your empathy-abilty to really be yourself with others
  • Laughter, and lots of it!

The Best Ever Restorative Yoga Workshop Sunday, September 28, 4 pm – 6 pm (Sold Out) and Sunday, November 2, 4 pm - 6 pm, Go deeper into the release of tension in your body and mind through Restorative yoga poses complimented with Shiatsu massage. Every participant will be guided through each gentle, supported yoga pose and will be massaged by therapist Jane Loney. Cost $50. Limit 5 People.
